Demystifying AcroYoga
What is all this talk about AcroYoga? Come find out for yourself. It’s an outlet for that inner child inside us all. This workshop provides a safe environment to explore trust, connection and playfulness. Combining elements from Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage, this workshop will include: Asana, Partner Yoga, Assisted Inversions, Basic Partner Acrobatics, Therapeutic Flying and Thai Yoga Bodywork. After enjoying a sample of the many elements of the practice you will have first hand experience of what makes up AcroYoga.
No yoga experience required ~ No partner needed

Taking it Higher: AcroYoga Intermediate Practice
Trix are not just for kids anymore. If you are hungry for adventure, challenge or just an outlet for that fearless flyer inside you, come out to play. We will work on spinning, floating, and popping into the new year with grace. Together, we will create seamless transitions and polish rough edges from posture to posture, breath to breath, flyer to base. Time will be devoted to progressing skills and allowing your creative talents to stand out! There is always a next level: It could be lighter, tighter, higher and more still. Find new ways to (familiar) poses, and refine and hone what you know while getting inspired for what is next!

Anti-Gravity Thai Massage
When the going gets tough, the tough get together and practice! As yogis we give a lot and sometimes leave too little for ourselves. Together we’ll explore the healing, relaxing and transformative practices of Thai Yoga Bodywork and Therapeutic Flying in a dance of giving and receiving. Thai massage will create a foundation of compassion, receptivity and communication. The techniques done on the floor will then be taken into the air. With the help of gravity we will learn to work in a way that everyone benefits, giver and receiver. All levels are welcome.
