Belly Dance Boot Camp with Jennifer focuses on sculpting and toning arms, upper back, thighs, glutes, and abdominal muscles while providing a mild and fun cardio workout. You will learn fundamental belly dance moves and fun combinations you can take from class right onto the dance floor!
