Intention: Learn practices for open-hearted self-care and the generous care of others.
Who would benefit from this training: Novice body-workers interested in enriching their lives, trained body-workers, massage therapists and yoga teachers (excellent for adjustments and alignment)
About Thai-Yoga Bodywork: A 2500 year old, hands-on form of therapy, Thai-Yoga Bodywork balances energetic pathways and restores health, vitality and well-being. This practice combines acupressure, passively preformed yoga postures, and reflexology to create extraordinary opening and release of tensions in the body, heart and mind. The beauty of Thai-Yoga Bodywork is that these rich benefits are available to the recipient as well as the practitioner. In its purest form, Thai bodywork is the practice of giving Metta (loving kindness) to oneself and to another. The more focused, present and open-hearted the practitioner, the more Metta is created and shared.
