What We Offer Class Descriptions

Group: Approximately 40 different yoga and dance classes offered throughout the week varying in styles, levels and times of day:

• Level 1/2: For those new to Yoga, less than 1 yr experience or even for seasoned yogis just wanting to take it easy.

• Level 2/3: For those wanting a little more challenge.  You don’t have to be super stretchy, but you should know what down-dog is!

• All Levels: Speaks for itself. Everyone is welcome and class specifics will vary depending on the level of the overall class.

Open Practice: Come do your own creative practice. A teacher will be present if you have questions or want an adjustment.

Private: The private class can be utilized to help reach different goals. For the fairly new or never-ever, this is an excellent way to break into your practice and demystify and discover the wonders of yoga. For the injured, a private class can breakdown postures and find restorative modifications to help rather than hinder the healing process. For the experienced yogi, just one private might help you traverse a plateau, see the forest for the trees and keep on progressing when your practice needed a little inspiring boost.
