Barefoot Yoga Mats

Blocks
Bamboo: Traditional belief holds that being in a bamboo grove - the favorite dwelling place of Buddha - restores calmness to emotions and stimulates creativity. As bamboo is a grass, not a tree, this lighter yet very stable practice block is the more environmentally conscious choice over the typical wood block.
Foam: Lightweight, durable and easy to grasp, these dense foam blocks add stability and length to your postures. They are an economical alternative to wood blocks and great for the traveling yogi.
Straps
Three lengths of 100% cotton straps with either a plastic buckle or a metal D ring: six, eight and ten feet. The 10' strap is great for bound angle pose and can be joined into a circle to form a backless chair that gives tremendous lumbar support when sitting on the ground – great for camping and meditation.
Eye Pillows
