Class Punch Cards & Monthly Unlimited: All classes and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Punch cards do not expire. Workshops and special classes are not included in unlimited passes or punch cards.
Freezing "Temporary Holding" or extending Monthly Unlimited: There are no extensions on 1 month unlimited passes. At the time of purchase, you may 'freeze' 3-month unlimited passes for up to 7 days. Freezes related to injury or medical reasons will be established on
a case-by-case basis.
Workshops & Special Events: Pre-registration and full payment is required in advance of ALL workshops and events. You may pay over the phone with a credit card, or register at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. Workshop fees are non-refundable.
