• Level 1: For those new to yoga – less than 1 yr experience with focus on foundational concepts to promote longevity in practice and health.
• Level 1/2: A great class for for evolution of postures, concepts and breath awareness.
• Level 2/3: Our most challenging class. Expect in-depth yoga philosophy, breath work and more advanced postures for longer hold times.
• All Levels: Speaks for itself. Everyone is welcome and class specifics will vary depending on who is "present."
