Freedom in Practice. We like this mantra because it allows you to interpret your yoga in a way that works for you on each and every day. Sometimes your practice might be a 2 hour session on your mat, while a walk with the doggies and a breath of fresh air is more appropriate on other days. You have the freedom to take your “practice” out of the box to accommodate your personal needs. A traditional definition of “freedom in practice” suggests that with a steady yoga or movement art ritual, your body and spirit are liberated in health, wellbeing and bliss.
